The Super Falcons of Nigeria have etched their name further into African football history, securing their record-extending 10th Women's Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON) title with a thrilling 3-2 comeback victory over host nation Morocco. The final, held at the Olympic Stadium in Rabat, was a dramatic showcase of resilience and skill, solidifying Nigeria's dominance on the continental stage.

The match itself was a nail-biting affair. Morocco, buoyed by their home crowd, took an early 2-0 lead with goals from Ghiziane Chebbak in the 13th minute and Sanaa Mssoudy in the 24th minute, heading into halftime with a comfortable cushion.
