Afro-R&B sensation Fola is making waves in the music industry, leading the nominations for the 18th Headies Awards in 2026 with an impressive 10 nods. This marks his debut appearance on the prestigious Headies nomination list, positioning him as the most nominated artiste at this year’s ceremony. Fola, whose full name is Odunlami Afolarin Temiloluwa, was notably seen donning a bandana, sunglasses, and a striking red leather jacket, embodying his rising star status.

Fola's extensive list of nominations spans several major categories, largely attributed to the success of his debut project, Catharsis. The critically acclaimed album is recognized for both Album of the Year and Best R&B Album. Individually, Fola is nominated for the highly coveted Next Rated award, alongside Best Male Artiste and Digital Artiste of the Year, highlighting his comprehensive artistic impact.
