RHGN Ignites South-East 2027 Campaign, Calls for Massive Voter Turnout

The Renewed Hope for Greater Nigeria (RHGN), a prominent support group for President Bola Tinubu, has initiated an extensive shop-to-shop campaign within the bustling Ariaria International Market in Aba, Abia State. This strategic move is a core component of the group's broader mobilization activities in anticipation of the 2027 general elections, aiming to garner significant grassroots support for the incumbent president.

The campaign was formally flagged off by Mazi Franklin Ngoforo, the Deputy National Leader of RHGN, during the inauguration ceremony for members of the market wing of the organization. Ngoforo emphatically urged traders to actively engage in the upcoming 2027 elections, underscoring the crucial point that government policies invariably impact all citizens, irrespective of their professional occupations. He further charged the newly inaugurated team members to diligently interact with traders across the expansive market, encouraging their participation in the electoral process.

According to Ngoforo, the primary objective of this campaign is to clearly articulate RHGN's position regarding the Federal Government's economic policies and to explain why the group firmly believes these reforms have demonstrably benefited traders and importers. He specifically asserted that the unification of the foreign exchange market has led to a reduction in opportunities for currency arbitrage, consequently improving access to foreign exchange for legitimate traders and importers. Furthermore, Ngoforo contended that increased federal allocations to various states, a direct outcome of the Federal Government’s economic reforms, have significantly contributed to crucial infrastructure development within Abia State.

In a direct appeal, the RHGN official implored traders to lend their full support to President Tinubu in the 2027 general election. Responding to this call to action, Chief Clifford Igbokwe, the Coordinator of the Ariaria Market Wing of RHGN, pledged that the group's members would diligently execute the assignment entrusted to them, ensuring the campaign's objectives are met.

Beyond the Ariaria International Market initiative, the Renewed Hope for Greater Nigeria has also simultaneously expanded its mobilization efforts across the South-East region. As part of its preparatory activities for the 2027 general elections, the group inaugurated its dedicated Booth Army, Campus Wing, and Pentecostal Clerics Support Chapters, signaling a multi-faceted approach to grassroots engagement and support building.
