The cover art for "It’s Not That Deep," which Lovato described as the “cover art of my dreams,” features a striking and symbolically rich tableau. "It’s Not That Deep" marks Lovato’s first full-length album since 2022’s "Holy Fvck," an album that achieved considerable success, peaking at No. 7 on the Billboard 200.
