These are so fun for St. Patrick’s Day and have the perfect amount of mint flavoring. Kids especially love these festive green waffles!

I love making fun pancakes and waffles for the kids for Holidays. These mint chocolate chip waffles are definitely a favorite of theirs and requested every St. Patrick’s Day. However, they also want them throughout the year because they are so good! If you’re a mint chocolate lover, you will absolutely love these waffles!

This fun green waffle recipe uses staple ingredients other than the mint extract. The toppings are completely optional, but makes these waffles extra delicious and also look good .

St. Patrick's Day Green Mint Chocolate Chip Waffles

Just a few simple steps that takes about 5 minutes.

Prep: 5 minutes

Cook: 5 minutes

Total: 10 minutes

  • Turn on your Waffle Maker, and heat according to instructions.  When ready, add the Waffle Batter about 3/4 a cup at a time,  to the Waffle Maker, until all the batter is used, and you have a stack of Waffles.  Butter the Waffles as they are removed from the Waffle Maker, and plate 2 or 3 at a time.

  • Top with Syrup, Whipped Cream, and Chocolate Sprinkles.  Serve, and Enjoy!
