Chairman of Bille Community for Port Harcourt, Peters Obene say na around afta 4pm on Wednesday 6 May na im e get information say sea pirates don kidnap a full boat load of 13 passengers wey bin dey travel from Port Harcourt to Bille to write di Waec exams.
