I can confirm that former D2 Lincoln Memorial head coach Jeremiah Samarrippas will be hired as an assistant basketball coach at Wofford.

Samarrippas put together a 105-25 record at LMU in four seasons, including 25-6 (21-3 SAC) this past year. Prior to taking over as the head coach, Samarrippas spent seven seasons Josh Schertz at LMU.

Samarrippas will replace Will Murphy on the Wofford staff. Murphy departed in early April to become the head coach at D2 Florida Tech.
