Equity Bank Kenya has advertised over 20 managerial positions, offering professionals an opportunity to climb up the ladder.

The lender, under James Mwangi's leadership, announced the job openings on its website.

It encouraged interested and qualified candidates who meet the requirements to submit their academic and professional certificates through its recruitment portal.

"The group is seeking additional talent," it stated.

Career development expert Simon Ingari advised Kenyans to tie their goals to those of their employers.

He recommended that candidates should further their studies to increase their chances of securing managerial jobs.

"Intend to further your studies and grow professionally as you strive to meet your employer’s goals. No employer would be willing to hire and invest in a rookie who will leave their organisation in a year or less after they have invested in training the individual," Ingari told TUKO.co.ke.
