Equity Bank Kenya has advertised several jobs, inviting qualified candidates to apply before the end of January.

In an advert on its website, the lender announced vacant positions in different departments, including IT, credit, corporate banking and insurance.
Depending on the position, the deadlines for submitting relevant academic and professional documents range from Monday, January 20, to Friday, January 31.
It encouraged Kenyans to apply for the positions online through its recruitment portal.
"With a strong footprint in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, South Sudan and DRC Congo, Equity Bank is now home to over 12 million customers - the largest customer base in Africa. Currently, the bank is seeking additional talent to serve in various roles," it stated.
In other news, the World Bank invited applications for its 2025 internship programme from May to August.
The Bretton Woods institution said applicants must be fluent in English and be enrolled in a full-time graduate or PhD programme.
The financial institution offers internship opportunities for graduates in diverse fields, including economics, finance and human development.
Similarly, I&M Bank advertised job openings at its offices in Nairobi, Kigali (Rwanda), Kampala (Uganda), and Dar es Salaam (Tanzania).
Absa Bank also invited applications from interested and suitable Kenyans to fill multiple vacant positions at its branches across different cities.

Meanwhile, Equity Group managing director (MD) James Mwangi joined the Council on Foreign Relations Global Board of Advisors.
CFR is an American think tank specialising in US foreign policy and international relations and brings together corporate directors from 25 countries.
Mwangi said he will use the opportunity to advance Africa's economic agenda and opportunities in the continent.
