Deftones Announce New Album 'Private Music,' Share Lead Single 'My Mind Is A Mountain'

Veteran rockers Deftones have announced their new album, Private Music, will be released on August 22nd via Reprise/Warner Records.

The Sacramento band also shared the 11-track album's lead single "My Mind is a Mountain." The band had teased the song on its social media pages for about a week ahead of its release.

Private Music is Deftones' first album in five years.

According to a press release, Deftones recorded and co-produced the upcoming Nick Raskulinecz-produced album in several locations across California, including Malibu and Joshua Tree, as well as in Nashville.
