Huda Kattan has reclaimed full ownership of Huda Beauty as an independent brand following the conclusion of its eight-year partnership with TSG Consumer Partners.

In 2017, TSG Consumer acquired a minority stake in the company. In 2025, Huda Kattan, founder and co-CEO of Huda Beauty, regained full control of the brand.

The latest Huda Beauty launch is Jelly lip makeup products. Makeup artist and education manager for Huda Beauty, Chanel Temple, took time to chat with Happi about what’s new at Huda Beauty.
