Oasis Reunion Turmoil: Liam Gallagher Banned, Ticketmaster Under Fire, and Andy Bell Confirmed!

Oasis bassist Andy Bell has officially confirmed his participation in the band's much-anticipated reunion tour, set to kick off in July 2025 with stadium shows across the UK and Ireland before spanning multiple continents. Bell, who played with Oasis from 1999 to 2009 and later with Liam Gallagher's Beady Eye, is seen as ideally suited to manage the dynamic between brothers Liam and Noel Gallagher. He stated in an interview with Austrian newspaper Oe24, “I’m in and I’m really looking forward to it. We’ll see each other on tour.” Bell is expected to be joined by Beady Eye bandmate Gem Archer, Paul ‘Bonehead’ Arthurs on guitar, and drummer Joey Waronker.
The veteran pop combo, led by Noel and Liam Gallagher, has scheduled 41 dates for 2025, including three sold-out shows at the Scottish Gas Murrayfield Stadium on August 8, 9, and 12. Tickets for the tour, which attracted bids from 10 million people across over 100 countries, sold out in record time. Support acts for the tour include Cast, Richard Ashcroft, Cage The Elephant, and Ball Park Music.
However, the reunion has been accompanied by a significant controversy surrounding ticket sales. The UK Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has threatened legal action against Ticketmaster, accusing the company of “misleading” methods during the sale of Oasis tour tickets. The CMA's investigation, launched after the Oasis Live '25 ticket sale, found that thousands of fans paid
