Bayo Ojulari, the Group Chief Executive Officer (GCEO) of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company (NNPC) Limited, has revealed the significant financial challenges plaguing the Port Harcourt refinery, reporting monthly losses of approximately N300 million to N500 million.
