Legendary Reunion: Oasis Immortalizes Sold-Out '25 Tour in Epic New Book

Fans of the iconic British band Oasis have more reasons to celebrate beyond their highly anticipated reunion tour, as an oversized coffee table book titled "Oasis Live ’25 OPUS" is set to be released. This substantial 400-page collection will feature exclusive photographs by Simon Emmett, chronicling the band's first tour in 16 years from its inception to its ongoing global journey. The announcement of this ultimate keepsake follows the successful reception of new merchandise, from bucket hats to tour T-shirts, indicating the immense fan engagement with the Gallagher brothers' return.
Simon Emmett, the distinguished photographer behind the collection, expressed his honour at being chosen to document the top-secret Oasis reunion portraits. He noted his unique and privileged experience as the only photographer to capture the tour from its very beginning to its end, witnessing firsthand the "extraordinary mania and positivity" that has surrounded the events. Emmett emphasized that the reunion transcends a mere band comeback, describing it as a significant "cultural movement." His portfolio for the book includes the initial iconic shot of Liam and Noel Gallagher standing side-by-side, which served to announce the tour, alongside now-familiar images of the brothers celebrating triumphs.
The "Oasis Live ’25 OPUS" will be available in several editions. A highly exclusive Limited Marquee edition will be restricted to only 100 copies worldwide. This premium version will be a grand 24 by 17 inches, spanning 400 pages, printed in ultra-high-definition on luxury heavyweight 200gsm silk paper, and meticulously hand-bound by master binders within a silk-covered clamshell case. For wider accessibility, unlimited "Midi" and "Retail" editions will also be produced, allowing a global fanbase to relive the tour's magic. Both the Marquee and Midi editions will come with a special certification "tombstone" that encases a commemorative ticket in acrylic, adding to their collectible value. Further details regarding these editions are expected to be announced shortly, with fans encouraged to pre-register for updates.
The book's photographic narrative will follow Oasis through their initial kick-off dates in the U.K. in July, extending to their summer North American swing. While a specific release date for this Opus tome has not yet been disclosed, anticipation is building. In parallel with the book's development, a reunion tour film is also actively in the works. This cinematic project is being produced by Steven Knight, renowned for his work on "Peaky Blinders," and directed by the acclaimed duo Dylan Southern and Will Lovelace, known for "Shut Up and Play the Hits."
The Live ’25 tour itself is far from over, with upcoming dates scheduled across the globe. The tour is set to resume on October 21st with a show at Goyang Stadium in South Korea, followed by performances in Japan, Australia, Argentina, and Chile. The extensive tour will then conclude on November 22nd and 23rd at MorumBIS in São Paulo, Brazil. Adding to the excitement, after the UK and Ireland leg concluded, Liam Gallagher hinted at the possibility of additional shows next year, thanking the crowd for "keeping the faith" and teasing, "see you next year," though no official announcements have been made.
