Gabon's Ex-First Lady & Son Sentenced to 20 Years for Massive Graft!

A court in Gabon has sentenced Sylvia Bongo, the country's former first lady, and Noureddin Bongo, son of the deposed leader Ali Bongo, to 20 years in prison each following a two-day graft trial. The verdict, announced on Wednesday, found both guilty of embezzlement of public funds and corruption, among other charges. They were tried in absentia.
