Explosive Claims Rock Alexander Brothers Case: Accusers Speak Out as Lawyers Deny '0 Evidence'

Oren, Alon, and Tal Alexander, brothers renowned in the luxury real estate sectors of Miami and New York City, are currently embroiled in a significant legal battle, facing accusations of raping or sexually assaulting at least 60 victims, including a minor. The alleged incidents date back to 2009 and continued until 2021. The brothers have pleaded not guilty to sex trafficking charges and steadfastly deny any wrongdoing, awaiting trial in January 2026, currently held without bail at Brooklyn's Metropolitan Detention Center.
Their defense attorneys, Edward O’Donnell and Joel Denaro, contend that the claims made by the accusers, their personal injury lawyers, and prosecutors may be fabricated and part of an orchestrated attempt to seek financial compensation. Furthermore, O’Donnell presented an email from December 2024 where a woman, seeking to sue, asked a prosecutor for recommendations for lawyers working on the Alexander brothers' case, an email the prosecutor then responded to by providing names and emails of civil attorneys. The District Attorney’s office clarified this was a response to a direct question, not a referral.
Conversely, those representing the alleged victims offer different perspectives on the timing and nature of the accusations. Miami Herald reporter Ana Claudia Chacin, who has spoken with several accusers, observed that the stories are
