Kieran Hayler, the ex-husband of former glamour model Katie Price, has reportedly been charged with three counts of rape and one count of sexual assault. The alleged victim is a 13-year-old girl, and the offences are said to have occurred between June and October 2016, during Hayler’s marriage to Katie Price. Reports in the Mirror indicate that the alleged victim is not related to either Kieran Hayler or Katie Price.

Sussex Police confirmed these charges in a statement released on Monday evening. They stated, "We can confirm Kieran Hayler, 38, of Northchapel in West Sussex has been charged with three counts of rape and one count of sexual assault against a 13 year old girl. The offences are alleged to have occurred at an address in West Sussex between June 1 and October 13, 2016." Hayler remains released under investigation and is scheduled to appear before Crawley magistrates' court on November 19. The police also noted that the girl, whose name cannot be disclosed for legal reasons, has been receiving support from specially trained officers as inquiries continue.

Despite the charges, Kieran Hayler has maintained his silence publicly. However, a legal representative speaking on his behalf vehemently denied the allegations. The representative affirmed, "Kieran Hayler strongly denies the allegations made against him in its entirety." They added that "Mr Hayler is fully engaged and has been co-operating with the police throughout the investigation and will continue to do so. He looks forward to his name being cleared believing in the judicial system to do so."
