Attorney General Pam Bondi has confirmed the public release of all files related to the case against predator Jeffrey Epstein, including millions of emails, photos, and documents that were previously confidential.

Among the materials is a definitive list of 305 high-profile individuals, celebrities, politicians, and business figures, published by the Department of Justice as part of a required update sent to Congress on February 14.

Bondi emphasized that inclusion on the list does not imply guilt or involvement in Epstein’s crimes.

The newly released files include well-known figures such as Ghislaine Maxwell, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, and a broad array of entertainers, politicians, and business leaders.

Prominent names include Beyonce, Cher, Kim Kardashian, Bruce Springsteen, Jay Z, Robert De Niro, Diana Ross, Melinda Gates, Tucker Carlson, Meghan Markle, President Donald Trump, Vice President JD Vance, Michelle Obama, Marco Rubio, and members of the Clinton family.

Bondi and her deputy Todd Blanche clarified that the appearances of these individuals occurred in “a wide variety of contexts,” reflecting the expansive nature of Epstein’s network rather than direct wrongdoing.

The Justice Department organized the released records into nine categories: materials directly concerning Epstein or Maxwell, flight logs and travel records, individuals linked to Epstein’s criminal activities, corporate and nonprofit entities with ties to Epstein, immunity deals, internal DOJ communications, documents on the destruction of evidence, and records related to Epstein’s detention and death.

Bondi stressed that no documents were withheld due to embarrassment, reputational concerns, or political sensitivity, emphasizing the transparency of the release process.

Some records were withheld under legally permissible grounds, including Section 2(c) and materials protected by deliberative-process, work-product, and attorney-client privileges.

These withholdings were limited to records where the privileged material could not be separated from responsive content.

The release follows prior correspondence with Congress, including the December 19, 2025, and January 29, 2026 letters, detailing the scope of records provided and the legal rationale for any limited exemptions.
