Addressing her Chicago fans, she expressed gratitude for their overwhelming love, support, and prayers, sincerely apologizing for the sudden halt to her performance. Brandy revealed that after weeks of continuous rehearsals, she experienced severe dehydration and feelings of wanting to faint during the show. She confirmed that prioritizing her well-being was deemed paramount by everyone involved.

Despite her condition, Brandy made the courageous decision to attempt a return to the stage and give her all. However, she noted that due to necessary adjustments and the highly technical nature of the production, it proved impossible to establish a full sonic connection with the show.
