Alexander Brothers Face Mounting Allegations as Lawyers Deny Claims

Oren, Alon, and Tal Alexander, three brothers renowned as luxury real estate moguls in Miami and New York City, are currently facing serious accusations of rape and sexual assault from over 60 alleged victims, including a minor. These alleged incidents date back to 2009. The brothers have pleaded not guilty to sex trafficking charges, with their defense attorneys asserting that the claims may be fabricated and orchestrated, primarily through personal injury lawsuits seeking financial compensation.
The defense, led by attorneys Edward O’Donnell and Joel Denaro, emphasizes the timing of the accusations. They argue that for 10 to 15 years, no one accused the brothers of inappropriate behavior, yet suddenly, all accusers came forward simultaneously through personal injury lawsuits rather than directly to law enforcement. O’Donnell stated, “How is it possible for all of these women to come out at the exact same time? Every single one of ’em is suing for money. None of them went to law enforcement. They only went to personal injury lawyers, and that is how law enforcement got involved.” He also highlighted a complete lack of physical evidence, noting, “There’s zero [physical] evidence from any of the accusers that I’m aware of,” as victims allegedly did not seek rape kits at hospitals.
A point of contention raised by the defense involves an email from a prosecutor to an alleged victim in December 2024, recommending lawyers for civil cases against the Alexander brothers after the victim expressed a desire to sue.
