Palladium Hotel Group Prepares For An Exceptional Easter Season In Ibiza With Hotel Revenues Projected To Double Amid Massive Travel Demand
Wednesday, March 12, 2025
Palladium Hotel Group expects Ibiza hotel revenues to double this Easter 2025, driven by high occupancy, strong travel demand, and increased tourism.
Palladium Hotel Group is gearing up for a robust 2025 tourism season, anticipating exceptional performance across its holiday properties in Spain and Italy. With Easter Week falling in mid-April this year—three weeks later than in 2024—the company expects occupancy rates to surpass 90% in its Spanish and Sicilian resorts. Additionally, the group projects that revenue per available room (RevPAR) will double compared to the previous year, signaling strong profitability.
After closing 2024 with a managed turnover exceeding 1.2 billion euros, Palladium Hotel Group is poised to maintain its upward trajectory. In Ibiza, where the group operates ten hotels, RevPAR growth is expected to align with rising occupancy rates and an increase in the average daily rate (ADR). Similarly, in Tenerife, Marbella, and Sicily, occupancy gains will be the primary drivers of expansion.
These promising projections are largely attributed to improved weather conditions and increased flight availability, factors that are expected to boost travel demand during the extended Easter holiday period.
Palladium Hotel Group is preparing for a phased reopening of its seasonal properties, with several highly anticipated launches throughout April:
Meanwhile, Hard Rock Hotel Marbella and Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife, Palladium’s year-round vacation hotspots in Europe, continue to attract travelers seeking premium experiences.
With strong demand, strategic expansions, and an impressive lineup of hotel openings, Palladium Hotel Group is set for a record-breaking 2025 season, cementing its position as a leader in European hospitality.
