Oasis Reunion Sparks Legal Battle: Watchdog Threatens Ticketmaster Amid Line-up Confirmation

Oasis is set to embark on a highly anticipated reunion tour in 2025, with dates kicking off in the UK and Ireland in July before heading across multiple continents. The tour includes three sold-out shows at the Scottish Gas Murrayfield Stadium in Edinburgh on August 8, 9, and 12, with support from acts like Cast, Richard Ashcroft, Cage The Elephant, and Ball Park Music. The announcement of the comeback tour generated immense excitement, with 10 million people from over 100 countries attempting to secure tickets, which sold out in record time. Manager Alec McKinlay confirmed that the news was kept under wraps by a limited and trusted group, leading to a phenomenal reaction from fans worldwide when it was finally announced.

Bassist Andy Bell has officially confirmed his involvement in the reunion tour, bringing his extensive experience with the band from 1999 to 2009, as well as Liam Gallagher's post-Oasis project, Beady Eye. In an interview with Austrian newspaper Oe24, Bell stated, “I’m in and I’m really looking forward to it. We’ll see each other on tour.” He is expected to be joined by his Beady Eye bandmate and longtime collaborator Gem Archer, along with Paul ‘Bonehead’ Arthurs on guitar and drummer Joey Waronker, forming the live band led by brothers Noel and Liam Gallagher.
