Noel Gallagher's daughter gives verdict on Oasis gig after mum walks out mid-set

Noel Gallagher's daughter, Anais, summed up her dad's legendary Oasis reunion concert in just five words. The show, which brought the house down in Cardiff last night, marked the first time in 16 years that Noel and his younger brother Liam shared the stage in the Welsh capital and their devoted fans, lucky enough to get tickets, were not disappointed.
Among them was proud daughter Anais. The 25-year-old attended the gig, posting a photo of herself wearing an Oasis shirt and holding a pint while watching her dad and uncle perform on stage.
She captioned the picture with a simple review of the unforgettable evening: "It's good to be back."
Fans were quick to respond to her post, with many agreeing. With one reply writing: "It was amazing, epic, hope you enjoyed it" while another simply stating: "EPIC!"
Anais' mum Meg Matthews - who was married to Noel from 1997 to 2001 - was also in the audience, the Mirror reports. However, she was seen leaving the reunion concert before the band performed Wonderwall. The song might be a tough one for Meg, as Noel once said she was the inspiration behind it.
A number of well-known celebrities were spotted in the crowd during Oasis's long awaited comeback tour, a reunion many fans have hoped for over the past decade.
The band were seen walking onto the stage with their song 'F**king in the Bushes' before they then started playing 'Hello'. The sold-out crowd greeted them with cheers as they kicked off a global tour for the Gallagher brothers.

In the crowd were the likes of EastEnders star Danny Dyer and Line of Duty actress Vicky McClure. Vernon Kay was also spotted taking photos outside the Principality Stadium.
"Hey, beautiful people, it’s been too long," Liam greeted the enthusiastic audience, which also featured Glastonbury founder Emily Eavis.
Liam thanked the 70,000 fans who attended the first reunion gig in Cardiff for 'putting up with them over the years'. The singer and his brother Noel had been locked in a bitter feud for 16 years, leading many fans to lose hope that Oasis would ever reunite for another tour.
However, they shocked the world last year when they announced they would be embarking on an epic reunion tour. Cardiff was blessed with the first gig on Friday night, with Noel and Liam holding hands and raising them to the sky as they walked onto the stage.
Hits like Champagne Supernova, Supersonic and Slide Away were performed, with Noel pausing for a few bars during Half The World Away to take in the incredible atmosphere before him.
After Oasis left the stage at the end of the set, the crowd stomped and cheered, demanding an encore.
The band returned to perform The Masterplan, Don’t Look Back In Anger, and Wonderwall before Liam expressed his gratitude to the fans.
Clearly energised from the last two and half hours on stage, he shouted: "Thank you, beautiful people. This is it. Nice one for putting up with us over the years. We are hard work, we get it."
