Migos Comeback? Quavo and Offset Hint at Explosive New Album!

The possibility of a Migos reunion appears to be reignited, as Offset and Quavo are reportedly on better terms following the tragic death of TakeOff. Quavo recently shared his future creative plans on Instagram Story, outlining a series of upcoming projects. These include a posthumous album dedicated to his late nephew, TakeOff, who was killed in 2022, and a second joint album with TakeOff, tentatively titled 'UNC N PHEW 2'. Significantly, Quavo also hinted at a potential Migos project with the cryptic mention of a 'LAST ????? ALBUM', alongside the affirming statement: 'REAL MIGO BLOOD RUN IN MY VIENS!!! AINT NO NEW CHAPTER JUST THE NEXT ONE'.
Hours after Quavo's post, Offset reciprocated with an Instagram Story of his own, sharing a photo of the iconic Atlanta trio and simply captioning it 'On dat', further fueling speculation among fans about the group's future.
Migos has released four studio albums to date, with 'Culture III' in 2021 being their most recent, which was billed as the final installment from the group. That album debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200, achieving 130,000 total album units.
TakeOff, born Kirshnik Khari Ball, tragically lost his life on November 1, 2022, after being shot at a Halloween party in downtown Houston, an event he attended with Quavo. Just weeks prior to his death, Quavo and TakeOff had released their first joint project, 'Only Built for Infinity Links', in October 2022, which successfully climbed to No. 7 on the Billboard 200.
In a 2023 interview, Quavo revealed that TakeOff had a vast collection of unreleased music, stating, 'We’ve got a lot of songs. In this phone alone, it’s 150 songs. Every phone probably has 350 songs. He’s got songs I never heard, ‘I’m like, bro, ‘Why you never played me this?'' This treasure trove of material led to a posthumous collaboration in 2025, where the uncle-nephew duo released the track 'Dope Boy Phone'.
Meanwhile, Offset is currently recuperating from a recent shooting incident outside the Hard Rock Casino in Hollywood, Florida, which occurred earlier in April. Despite the incident, the 'Ric Flair Drip' rapper quickly returned to the stage, performing at the University of Arkansas on April 11.
