(KNH).

Joyce was last seen by the public during the funeral and burial services of her dear daughter Georgina, who used to attend the Alliance Girls high School.

Then, an invalid, Joyce, tearfully followed the proceedings over livestream and shortly afterwards, she left the country for India.

"The last time I was in the church was December 29, 2024, and this is when I am stepping in the church again," she said.
"I want to thank the leadership of the church for making my problems their own, all the committees and I may not mention all the names thank you," said Joyce.

Joyce is also indebted to the Alliance Girls High School, which stood by her when she buried her husband and their children, despite them having left the school before.

They were present to bury Georgina as well.

"I'm a child of Alliance Girls High School," she said.

The widowed woman, who does not have kids anymore, thanked her collegemates from Kikuyu Campus who collected a lot of money for her, which was a far cry from the KSh 100,000 they normally collect.

She was eternally grateful to the people who contributed to her getting better as well.

"You would see someone contributing KSh 10 this means that may they wash clothes and were paid KSh 100 and instead if using all of it in their house they contribute," she said.

She also thanked social media and several media stations for highlighting her story.

According to Joyce, when he was at KNH, her whole body was wrapped, and she was like a log and could not do anything for herself.

As days went by, she also grappled with a lot of pain that could not even be handled by meds, and she had to turn to prayers.

Additionally, there were times she wanted to go for long calls and had to do it right there because she could not do it on her own.

"This particular finger had a rod and what that team did was enormous," may God bless all of them
"I still have some wounds on my arms, thighs and the burns are already having what they called the aquantracture; the muscles contract and anytime I am in that pain I call on the name of the Lord," she said.

Joyce said that while in the hospital with her daughter, Georgina, the young one used to say that she envisioned them in front of the church giving a testimony.

"I am here doing it for her," she said.
