Ye Unleashes 'Bully' Album, Electrifies L.A. with Stadium Show Announcement!

Deadline reported that, Ye today announced his first performance in well over a year.
His last public show was a “Listening Experience” for his album Vultures In Haikou, China. That happened on September 15, 2024.
Since then, it’s been a rocky road for the hip-hip superstar formerly known as Kanye West.
Early last year, Ye announced he had been misdiagnosed with bipolar disorder and that his mental health issues really were due to autism.
This past January, West took out a full-page ad in the Wall Street Journal apologizing for his past behavior and seemingly admitting to bipolar-type episodes.
“In early 2025, I fell into a four-month long manic episode of psychotic, paranoid and impulsive behavior that destroyed my life,” he explained.
The upcoming April 3 show at SoFi stadium is billed as his “only performance in Los Angeles.” It will happen in support of his new album, Bully, now set for release on March 20.
West has launched a website promoting the show and urging fans to enter their email addresses and “pre-save Bully” in order to “complete your pre-registration to see Ye live in L.A.”
A few pre-registrants will receive free tickets, according to the site. SoFi has also launched a promotional page for the event.
General on sale for the L.A. show begins at 10 a.m. PT Wednesday, March 11 via Ticketmaster.
Over the past few years, Ye has continuously made antisemitic remarks on social media and in interviews as his live performances have slimmed.
He performed in Mexico City earlier this year and played a handful of shows in South Korea and China dating back to 2024.
His last SoFi Stadium appearance was alongside Ty Dolla Sign at Rolling Loud in 2024, though it was less of a performance and more of a listening party for their new album “Vultures 1.”
The upcoming Los Angeles show comes just months after Ye published an apology letter in the form of a full-page ad in The Wall Street Journal to address
“those I’ve hurt.” He credited his antisemitic behavior to untreated brain damage and mental illness. “It does not excuse what I did though. I am not a Nazi or an antisemite. I love Jewish people.” He also apologized to the Black community, writing, “I am so sorry to have let you down.”
West’s last comprehensive U.S. tour was the 2016 Saint Pablo Tour, which was cut short during its second leg when he was hospitalized in November 2016 due to extreme exhaustion and dehydration.
