This substantial industrial initiative is valued at approximately Sh64.6 billion, equivalent to $500 million, signifying a major investment in the region's manufacturing capabilities and economic growth.
During the ceremony, President William Ruto delivered a resounding affirmation of the strong bilateral relations that exist between Kenya and Uganda.
