Reggae King Protoje Teams with Damian Marley on Electrifying New Album 'Art of Acceptance' & Tour!

Jamaican reggae artist Protoje is set to release his highly anticipated new album, "The Art of Acceptance," in the spring of 2026. This forthcoming LP, distributed by In.Digg.Nation Collective and Ineffable Records, marks a significant follow-up to his 2022 release, "Third Time’s the Charm," which garnered him a second Grammy nomination for Best Reggae Album.
Known for his distinctive conscious lyricism and profound appreciation for the foundational periods of reggae, Protoje’s "The Art of Acceptance" promises to deliver a rich musical experience. The album will feature previously unveiled tracks such as “Big 45” and “Feel It.” A standout collaboration on the album is the track “At We Feet,” featuring reggae icon Damian “Jr. Gong” Marley, marking their first-ever joint effort.
“At We Feet” has been released as the official lead single for "The Art of Acceptance" and is currently available on all streaming platforms. Its accompanying music video, directed by SAMO, was filmed across Kingston and Miami. The track’s refrain, “Whatever we need, Jah put a we feet,” seamlessly blends traditional roots reggae elements with modern production techniques. The faith-driven lyrics of “At We Feet” carry particular resonance, arriving in the wake of Hurricane Melissa, which devastated Jamaica in October as the strongest storm in the island’s history. Protoje explained the song's essence, stating, “’At We Feet’ is about faith, surrender, and trust, knowing that when you move with love and positivity, provision comes, even in hard times. It’s a reminder that beyond our plans, there’s a greater design unfolding.”
To support the new album, Protoje is embarking on an extensive international tour. The tour is scheduled to commence on March 14 with a performance at Florida’s Reggae Rise Up Fest. The European leg of the tour will kick off on March 19 at De Roma in Antwerp, Belgium, and will include stops in major European cities like Paris and Zurich before concluding with three shows in the U.K. Following this, Protoje will head to the United States for the American leg, which notably includes a special show assisted by Stephen Marley at Houston’s House of Blues on April 22.
Despite the gap since his last full-length album, Protoje has remained actively involved in the music scene. He lent his talents to several tracks on Lila Iké’s critically acclaimed album, "Treasure Self Love." Billboard recognized Iké’s debut LP as the No. 3 Best Caribbean Album of 2025, and it is currently slated to compete in the Best Reggae Album category at February’s Grammy Awards.
