Harmony, the five-year-old daughter of Emily Stewart, was dressed in a spaghetti strap dress worn over a pair of blue jeans when she was dropped off at Hugo Elementary in Minnesota. However, upon her arrival, school officials reportedly told her that her outfit was "inappropriate" and subsequently made her change into a pink t-shirt.
