Luciana Ortega of the Instituto Santa María de San Carlos in Chile was named the first honoree for her dedicated work, having taught music for over a decade. As part of this recognition, her school's music program will receive a substantial $10,000 instrument donation. Ortega will be formally honored during the 26th Annual Latin GRAMMY Week in Las Vegas.
