Horror in Plateau: Mass Burial Conducted Amid Harrowing Genocide Claims

A somber event unfolded in the Ratoso Fan District of Barkin Ladi Local Government Area in Plateau State, where Reverend Ezekiel Dachomo presided over another mass burial on a recent Saturday. This tragic ceremony followed a brutal terrorist attack that targeted miners in the community, resulting in the immediate death of at least 12 individuals. Reports indicate that several other persons were unaccounted for, feared missing after the horrific incident.
During the mass burial, Reverend Dachomo's address to the grieving residents was captured in a viral video. He emphatically urged them to adopt measures of self-defense when faced with such assaults. Dachomo stated, “You have to defend yourself, we all have the right to survive, do what you can do and God is going to help us.”
Reverend Dachomo has recently gained significant public attention due to his outspoken claims of genocide targeting Nigerian Christians. Despite considerable opposition and pushback from the presidency and various other stakeholders, the clergyman has consistently maintained his position. He asserts that Islamic extremists are actively persecuting Christians in Nigeria and are determined to eliminate them entirely, a stance he reiterated amidst the community's recent sorrow.
