In the United States, Los Angeles will host the opening ceremony ahead of the U.S. men’s national team’s inaugural game against Paraguay on June 12. Pop superstar Katy Perry is slated to headline this event at SoFi Stadium. She will be joined by rapper Future and DJ Sanjoy, ensuring a vibrant start to the tournament in the U.S.

Canada’s opening festivities will take place in Toronto, preceding the match between Canada and Bosnia & Herzegovina on June 12. The ceremony will feature performances by renowned Canadian artists, including Michael Bublé, Alessia Cara, and Alanis Morissette. While the opening ceremonies are taking shape, FIFA has yet to announce the artists who will perform during the 2026 FIFA World Cup Final Halftime Show, scheduled for July 19 at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey.
