Global Rave Sensation Tomorrowland Expands Its Empire to Asia with Thailand Debut

After years of anticipation, the iconic Belgian dance festival Tomorrowland has officially announced its expansion into Asia, unveiling a Thailand edition set for 2026. This milestone marks Tomorrowland’s first foray into the Asian market, following previous events in the United States (2013-2015), multiple editions in Brazil, and its annual Tomorrowland Winter festival in the French Alps, alongside its flagship event in Boom, Belgium, now celebrating over 20 years.
Tomorrowland Thailand will take place from December 11-13, 2026, at a sprawling 237-acre site in Wisdom Valley, Pattaya, located within Khao Mai Kaew, Bang Lamung District, Chonburi Province. The area is renowned for its stunning natural landscapes and scenic beauty. Unlike the Belgian summer festival, this edition will not offer camping; instead, festival-goers can purchase hotel packages starting February 28, while general ticket sales will begin on March 8.
In a statement released on Tuesday, January 6, Tomorrowland organizers confirmed a strategic partnership with the Tourism Authority of Thailand and the Thai Government to deliver the festival. Organizers emphasized that Thailand offers an ideal combination of culture, location, and accessibility, ensuring that the event would provide the same high-quality experience the festival is known for worldwide.
Tomorrowland’s expansion underscores the festival’s global appeal and ambition to create immersive electronic music experiences beyond Europe and the Americas. Fans can expect the festival to feature world-class DJs, state-of-the-art stage production, and the signature fantastical theming that has made Tomorrowland a cornerstone of global dance culture.
