Nearly five years after Caroline's untimely passing, Christine Flack is embarking on a follow-up documentary on her daughter's suicide, this time in partnership with Disney+. The forthcoming film aims to delve into what transpired during Caroline's final hours and critically examine if her death could have been prevented.
