APC Chairman Bolsters Power: 15 New Aides Appointed!

The National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Prof. Nentawe Yilwatda, has officially sanctioned a series of strategic appointments designed to significantly bolster the party's administrative and strategic capabilities. These appointments, which take immediate effect, are part of a broader effort to enhance effective coordination, improve policy formulation, and strengthen stakeholder engagement within the party’s national secretariat.
The comprehensive list of new appointees includes three Special Advisers, four Advisers, and eight Senior Special Assistants, totaling fifteen new positions. Each individual is expected to bring a wealth of experience and professionalism to their respective roles, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the APC.
The newly appointed Special Advisers are Senator Danladi Sankara, designated for political matters; Honourable Daniel Oritsegbubemi, who will handle National Assembly Matters; and Dr. Sorochi Longdet, responsible for research, strategy, and planning. These individuals will provide high-level guidance and expertise in critical areas of the party's operations.
Among the Advisers are Honourable Jibrin Surajo, appointed for community engagement; Paul Domsing, who will serve as Adviser on special duties; Suleiman Bukari, taking on the role of Adviser on intelligence coordination; and Professor Taiwo Balofin, who has been named the honorary adviser on diaspora coordination and mobilisation.
The eight Senior Special Assistants include Imran Muhammad for new media; Mildred Bako for civil society mobilisation; Obinta Chinenye for youth mobilisation; and Ismaila Mohammed for conflict management. The list further includes Zarah Onyinye for media (public affairs); Enenedu Idusuyi for protocol; Yusuf Dingyadi for media; and Adaku Apugo for inter-governmental affairs, ensuring comprehensive support across various departmental functions.
According to a statement issued by Honourable Mustapha Dawaki, Chief of Staff to the APC National Chairman, Prof. Yilwatda extended his congratulations to all the appointees. He urged them to demonstrate unwavering dedication, loyalty, and a steadfast commitment to the core ideals and objectives of the All Progressives Congress, emphasizing the importance of their roles in advancing the party's agenda.
