AFCON 2025 Showdown: Bafana Bafana Gears Up for Angola Clash!

A new reality has settled around the Bafana Bafana team as they prepare for the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) 2025. Following a commendable third-place finish in the previous AFCON tournament, South Africa is no longer a team to be underestimated. The squad has been in camp for weeks, meticulously preparing for the continental showpiece, and has now arrived in Morocco, eagerly anticipating their opening match.
The first crucial test for Bafana Bafana will be against Angola on Monday, 22 December, with kick-off scheduled for 19:00 (SA time) at the Grand Stade de Marrakech. This encounter marks the beginning of their AFCON 2025 campaign, which will also see them face Egypt on Friday, 26 December (20:00), and Zimbabwe on Monday, 29 December (18:00).
