The moment turned awkward as the pair flinched in panic. Cabot covered her face and turned away while Byron ducked out of view.

Martin, initially amused, quipped: “Oh what? Either they’re having an affair or they’re very shy”.

The pair immediately came under social media criticism, with many pointing out Byron’s marital status. Some reports also claimed Cabot had divorced her husband Kenneth Thornby. They were said to have filed for the divorce in 2018 and it was finalised in 2022.

Byron’s wife faced an immediate flood of comments on her Facebook page, which had previously featured family photos.

Checks by TheCable Lifestyle showed that before deactivating her account entirely, she removed Byron’s surname from her profile, deleted posts referencing her marriage and went private.
