When FSD reaches out to college and university chefs, directors and managers, we’re always on the edge of our seats waiting for responses to roll in. Why? College campuses are a hotbed for food trends these days, and trend trackers and commercial restaurants alike are taking notice. Respondents to the survey delivered again, offering us a sampling of the trends that are happening right now and some that are about to get bigger, very soon.
