So many cool, trendy, downright cheffy ideas came from the most recent Chefs Immersion at the University of Florida, where a talented group of college chefs and sponsors got together and tried some new products and made some new friends. We showed you some behind-the-scenes kitchen stuff earlier, and now, here are a few of the results of all that collaboration in the kitchen we think you'll enjoy feasting your eyes on. Sponsors of this event included BelGioiso Cheese, Botrista Technology, Irresistible Foods Group, JTM Food Group, Mountaire Farms, Mowi USA, Smithfield Culinary and Jamix.
