Positioned as Jeep's inaugural true, off-road-oriented electric vehicle, the Recon has undergone several development delays, finally arriving to cater to buyers seeking an EV capable of tackling rugged terrains. Built upon the same unibody platform as the electric Wagoneer S, the Recon is more than just an "electric Wrangler"; it possesses its own distinct character, a fact evident after experiencing it on Northern California's diverse roads and trails.
