Shocking Revelation: Ashimolowo Claims Grandchildren Under 12 Own Multiple Houses
Pastor Matthew Ashimolowo of KICC has revealed that his five young grandchildren each own a house in London, held in trust. This disclosure highlights his vow to secure generational wealth, including extensive property acquisitions, fully funded education, and annual family holidays for his descendants. He plans to acquire a total of 100 houses, having already secured 22.
In a significant revelation that has captured public attention, Pastor Matthew Ashimolowo, the senior pastor of Kingsway International Christian Centre (KICC), disclosed that all five of his grandchildren, who are presently under the age of twelve, each possess a house in London. This extraordinary detail emerged during a sermon he delivered at the Christ Apostolic Church (CAC) mountain in Erio, Ekiti State, with the sermon content later shared on social media by Therealchurchgist.
Pastor Ashimolowo explained that his motivation stems from a profound vow he made to significantly surpass the provisions his own father could offer him and to secure the financial future of his descendants. He stated, “I vowed to give my children what my father couldn’t give me.” This commitment extends to his immediate children, for whom he not only bankrolled their weddings but also purchased a house for each of them in London. Further expanding on his promise, he has undertaken the responsibility of funding the entire educational journey for any child born to his children, from preschool through to a master’s degree.
Elaborating on the assets held by his grandchildren, Pastor Ashimolowo confirmed that the five houses owned by his young grandchildren are indeed situated in London and are securely held within a trust. This strategic approach ensures the long-term protection and management of these properties for their benefit. He also mentioned that he currently covers the private school fees for four of his grandchildren in England, encompassing their education from preschool to their master's degrees.
The pastor’s extensive property portfolio is a testament to his ambition to create enduring generational wealth. He revealed that he has already acquired 22 houses and harbours plans to expand this to a remarkable 100 properties. Beyond property and education, Ashimolowo also ensures annual family holidays for all his family members. He noted that these significant provisions for future generations align with his broader financial strategies, including plans related to launching estates, with 2026 referenced as a year in connection with this ongoing endeavor.
Kingsway International Christian Centre (KICC), which Ashimolowo founded in London in 1992, is a prominent religious institution with multiple branches spanning both the United Kingdom and Nigeria. Pastor Ashimolowo is married to Yemisi Ashimolowo, and together they have raised a family that includes children and numerous grandchildren, for whom these extensive provisions are being made.
