Proflight Zambia Expands Domestic Network with New Flights to Mansa, Ndola, and Solwezi

Proflight Zambia, the nation’s leading domestic airline, is set to strengthen regional air travel with the introduction of new direct flights to Mansa, Ndola, and Solwezi.
These services, beginning in early March 2026, are designed to meet rising travel demand and provide more efficient connections to Zambia’s major business and leisure centers.
The first of the new routes launches on March 2, 2026, with a direct flight between Lusaka and Mansa, operating twice weekly on Mondays and Fridays.
Flight P0402 departs Lusaka at 07:50 and arrives in Mansa by 09:05, with the return flight, P0403, departing Mansa at 09:40 to arrive back in Lusaka by 10:55, offering convenient morning travel options.
Alongside the Mansa service, Proflight will continue its established Lusaka-Ndola route on the same operating days.
Flights P0304 and P0305 maintain vital connectivity between the capital and the Copperbelt region, ensuring passengers have consistent, reliable access to one of Zambia’s key economic hubs.
Further expanding its network, Proflight will inaugurate a new Friday-only flight from Solwezi to Lusaka starting March 5, 2026.
Flight P0901 departs Solwezi at 06:25 and arrives in Lusaka at 07:20, providing passengers from the Copperbelt and Northwestern provinces with rapid access to Lusaka and onward connections, including flight P020 to Johannesburg at 08:15. This scheduling facilitates seamless international transfers while enhancing domestic travel options.
The expansion highlights Proflight’s commitment to enhancing connectivity and providing efficient travel solutions throughout Zambia. By offering increased flexibility and convenient scheduling, the airline supports both domestic business activity and tourism growth, strengthening its role in the country’s infrastructural development.
For the broader African aviation sector, Proflight’s new routes underscore the value of robust intra-regional air links, which drive economic development and expand tourism opportunities.
Enhanced domestic connectivity is pivotal to positioning Zambia as a major gateway in Southern Africa, while travel professionals and passengers alike can benefit from the airline’s increasingly comprehensive network.
