Must-Read: Yejide Kilanko's 'In Our Own Ways' Offers Exclusive Sneak Peek

Fadaka embarked on a spiritual journey orchestrated by her Aunty Kike, a path that unfolded with specific, stringent instructions. To achieve spiritual connection, Fadaka was told to shed her makeup, jewellery, and change into an old adire gown, emphasizing a plain appearance. Her husband, Senami, initially displayed an attentive facade, completing chores and offering support. However, when it came to driving Fadaka and Aunty Kike to their destination, he abruptly cited a crucial business meeting and warned against leaving their car due to security concerns, despite previously offering to help.
