For Lamb of God, this tour marks their first comprehensive headline run in Australia in nearly a decade. The Richmond, Virginia-based band, a five-time Grammy nominee, last played for Australian audiences in 2024 as part of Knotfest Australia. Formed in the mid-1990s, Lamb of God has cemented one of heavy metal’s most enduring legacies, with iconic tracks like “Laid to Rest,” “Redneck,” “Walk With Me in Hell,” and “Now You’ve Got Something to Die For” becoming genre cornerstones. Their latest studio album, “Into Oblivion,” was released earlier this year.
Trivium, originating from Orlando, Florida in 1999, has cultivated a reputation over two decades as one of modern metal’s most technically proficient and creatively restless live acts. Their extensive catalog showcases a diverse blend of thrash, progressive, melodic death, and groove metal. The band earned a Grammy nomination for their 2017 single “Betrayer” and has achieved multiple top 20 debuts on the Billboard 200, along with numerous No. 1 entries on the Billboard Hard Rock Albums chart. Trivium's last visit to Australia was in 2023 for the inaugural Knotfest Australia, where their Brisbane sideshow garnered significant critical acclaim. Their most recent release is the 2024 EP “Struck Dead,” which followed their 2021 album “In the Court of the Dragon.”
Providing support, Glasgow’s Bleed From Within brings two decades of metalcore experience to the stage. They recently unveiled their seventh studio album, “Zenith,” in 2025. Throughout their career, Bleed From Within has shared stages with esteemed acts such as Slipknot, Bullet for My Valentine, and Megadeth, further highlighting their pedigree in the metal scene.
