The popular comedian passed away on Monday, July 14, at the Kiambu Level 5 Hospital, where he had been admitted.
KK rose to fame for his clever and humorous skits, often mimicking former deputy president Rigathi Gachagua.
Details surrounding his illness and final moments are still emerging, but a close friend disclosed that the youthful comedian was admitted after complaining of chest pain.
Taking to social media, Omtatah described KK as a talented comedian who resonated with the spirit of the current generation.
In his condolence message, the Busia senator lauded the departed comedian for using his talent to highlight issues affecting society.
Mumias East MP Peter Salasya said KK will be remembered for displaying authentic content that brought joy to many.

His ability to capture the political moment with sharp wit and authenticity was both refreshing and powerful.
"Kenya has lost not just a comedian, but a cultural commentator and a brave young patriot. My heartfelt condolences go out to his family, friends, and the entire creative community," Omtatah said.

As earlier reported, KK's content gained widespread attention in 2022, shortly after Gachagua was sworn in as President William Ruto's deputy.
In one of his past interviews, which surfaced after his death, the comedian admitted he was briefly confused when his viral video drew attention.
He jokingly recalled that he even questioned his mother about his true paternity, as the resemblance to Gachagua was uncanny.
