From my side, I can only say that ; without shares, comments and reactions, the natural growth across cohorts entering IR comes to a grinding halt. This yields a vicious circle as the newsletter's value is limited to about 3 years of working experience before interest should dwindle off, thus creating a more limited engagement with each edition, making it harder and harder to reach new cohorts of IR graduates.
With that in mind, ; it is the only way it can reach the right people.
This ; e.g having a hundred readers answer a poll on desired content but not receiving a single concrete suggestion means nothing will be produced.
As a reminder, the newsletter is not monetised with ads, so unless you actively opt to financially support this endeavour via Substack or the Website, this is a free-to-access resource with minimal interference.
However, I recommend supporting Ukrainian charities instead of subscribing, as the current paid subscribers are covering all costs involved in hosting the website; still, a big thanks to them for their ongoing support!
