Inlaks Appoints New CEO to Drive Growth
Inlaks, an ICT firm, has announced the appointment of Charles Ifedi as the new Chief Executive Officer for its Africa Operations. Ifedi, a seasoned business executive, technology consultant, and entrepreneur, brings over 25 years of global experience in driving fintech innovation and delivering transformative digital solutions. He succeeds Henry Okolo, the interim CEO, who will return to his previous position as a board director at Inlaks.
Charles Ifedi is widely recognized as a pioneer in the fintech and digital payments industry. He co-founded Interswitch, a prominent private electronic transaction-switching and payment-processing company in Africa. He also served as the pioneer CEO of Verve International, where he spearheaded its growth into the continent's leading card payments brand. Additionally, Ifedi is the founder of eBanqo, a conversational AI company focused on revolutionizing customer engagement and support operations.

This background positions him well to lead Inlaks into its next phase of expansion and innovation.
