Houston Rockets Alperen Sengun Gets Snubbed from All NBA Team
Houston Rockets center Alperen Sengun had an amazing season for the team this year. He was a first-time all-star and established himself as one of the better centers in the league. Sengun averaged 19.1 points per game, 10.3 rebounds per game, and 4.9 assists.
Alperen Sengun was the 16th-ranked player in all NBA voting, 1 away from making an all-NBA team. He finished with 40 3rd place votes, and 8 second place votes. Houston finished with the second-best record in the Western Conference.

It's Sengun fourth year in the league and his offensive game is a matchup nightmare. With a smooth mid-range jumper, a growing three-point shot, and a deep bag of post moves, Sengun forces defenders to pick their poison. Whether setting bone-crushing screens or initiating fast breaks with precision outlet passes, his basketball IQ makes him invaluable beyond the box score.
A relentless rim protector, vocal leader, and rebound machine, Sengun has become the backbone of the Rockets' interior defense. Head coach Ime Udoka and the Rockets organization have made it clear they are building around Sengun and Jalen Green. The future is bright for Sengun, as he is destined to make the all-NBA team sooner rather than later.
