During a women's empowerment programme in Kabuchai on Sunday, July 13, Amisi claimed Farouk has been traversing various parts of the region to sabotage progressive leaders.
"There have been some leaders coming here in Western; one of them is called Farouk Kibet. He has been sent to Western to undermine Edwin Sifuna, Wanami Wamboka, Majimbo Kalasinga, and Caleb Amisi. We are telling Farouk that women have refused. Luhyas have no deficiency of leaders," Amisi said.
In a fiery speech, Amisi said Farouk is free to undertake fundraising events but should not attempt to subvert the leaders of the region.
"If it's money, bring it and go back to Sugoi, but don't come here to undermine Western leaders. Women here have given birth to 'bulls'," he firmly stated.
The vocal Saboti lawmaker declared that youthful leaders, including ODM secretary general Edwin Sifuna, Kabuchai MP Majimbo Kalasinga, and Bumula MP Wanami Wamboka, are ready to show the Mulembe nation a new political direction ahead of the 2027 General Election.
He said the youthful leaders will soon launch a series of events covering the larger Western region to empower women, with the main aim of enlightening the region.
"We are making a declaration here in Kabuchai. This is the first function that we have met today, and beginning right now, we are going to undertake empowerment programmes for women in Western Kenya, from Bungoma to Vihiga. They have been saying that youths in Western Kenya do not have money, but they are mistaken," the Saboti MP said.
Amisi expressed confidence that Western Kenya has enough numbers to defeat Ruto in 2027.
He strongly warned against any attempt to steal elections in 2027, suggesting that the current group of leaders are not the likes of former prime minister Raila Odinga, Musalia Mudavadi and Eugene Wamalwa.
"You want youths to liberate Western Kenya? We are enough; we don't even need Team Wamunyoro. We alone are enough to send William Ruto home. Those talking about stealing elections should know that Edwin Sifuna is not Raila Odinga, Caleb Amisi is not Musalia Mudavadi, and Wanami Wamboka is not Eugene Wamalwa. You are dealing with Gen Z. We shall deal with you and send you to Sugoi," he said as the crowd applauded.

In related development, Kakamega senator Boni Khalwale criticised Farouk's frequent visit to Malava Constituency.
Khalwale cautioned the residents against falling prey to Farouk's political gimmicks in the constituency ahead of the impending by-election.
Speaking in Malava on Saturday, July 12, the vocal Kakamega senator counselled the constituents to be independent and elect their next leader based on their blueprint.
