The ODM leader has been under scrutiny over his association with President William Ruto's Kenya Kwanza administration.
Amisi said Kenyans unhappy with Raila should channel their frustrations to Ruto and lawmakers supporting the Kenya Kwanza administration.
"The energy you are using to abuse Raila, you should use it to abuse Kasongo and all those MPs from your own region who support the Kasongo regime," Amisi said.
The outspoken lawmaker said Raila owes nobody anything, arguing that most privileges that Kenyans are enjoying today are a result of Raila's sacrifices.
Amisi claimed the former prime minister has been hinting at Kenyans on how to remove Ruto from office, but his critics are not reading the signal because of their emotional hate.
"Raila is giving you a signal, but your emotions are too hot to read his body language. In any case, he has been in trenches fighting for what you enjoy today, even before your parents were born. Stop careless emotions. Mzee owes nobody anything. Whether you agree with him or not. Remember, I also have disagreed with him on the Ruto issue, but I don't abuse him," he stated.
Amisi told Kenyans yearning for change that removing the Kenya Kwanza government from power requires numbers and not abusing each other.
"To change a regime, you need numbers, not emotions; 50%+1. Focus. And nobody cares if you abuse, we are on the same side #RutoMustGo. The goal is good leadership," the Saboti lawmaker said.
